Postage is calculated at point of sale and is based on the total order amount.

We ship only via international signed for postage which costs £6.40, please contact us prior to purchasing in order to confirm the postage cost to your country, orders recieved without the correct postage added will be refunded.

if you wish to return a product due to a fault, please first contact us to obtain an authorisation number before returning the product, this is so we can advise you if the fault is covered by the products warranty.

If the product is found to have a manufacturing fault, we will send out a replacement immediatly.

All our Rc Lighting products are covered by a 90 day warranty from date of sale.

Due to the amount of time in research and development, we offer no refund for custom sets, should your set develope a fault, we will happily repair the set for you.

Due to the nature of the products we manufacture and the environment they operate in, damages can often occur through neglect or incorrect installation, we operate strict testing measures on any returned products in order to safe gaurd your rights and assertain if any products need altering due to there operating environment.

We use Paypals secure payment structure to safegaurd your payment details and accept any major credit/debit card

Rc Lighting.net and Modeltown.net offer strict privacy measures in order to protect your details, we do not pass on any personal details to any other company, your details are maintained in a secure environment.

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept callers at this time, if you have any concerns regarding any of our products, please email us your contact telephone number, we return all email's on the same day as received and contact you by telephone within 48 hours
